Source of B6 Phosphate. Coenzyme form of Vitamin B6. Promotes amino acid utilization in body builders. Synergist to zinc and magnesium. B6 Phosphate is the biologically active form of vitamin B6, pyridoxal 5-phosphate (P5P), in a vegetable culture base. It supplies 16 milligrams of P5P per tablet. Usage of Biotics Research B6 Phosphate (active form): Use with carpal tunnel syndrome, water retention, P.M.S., joint pain, trigger finger, joint nodules, homocystinuria, sensitivity to light, burning or tingling sensation in arms or legs, inability to recall dreams, thyroid dysfunction, low liver transaminases, sensitivity to monosodium glutamate (MSG-Chinese Restaurant syndrome). 1 to 3 tablets each day as a dietary supplement or as otherwise directed by a health care professional.
